CONFERENCES
Annual Parent/Teacher conferences are scheduled following the first quarter.  Parents may request a conference with teachers at anytime during the school year. 

 

NEWSLETTERS
Each Tuesday newsletters are emailed to parents or are available in the main entrance hallway.

BULLETIN BOARDS
Notices and other items of interest will also be posted on the bulletin boards in the main entrance hall.

FIELD TRIPS
During the year children will participate in field trips planned and supervised by the teacher. A special permission slip will need to be signed and returned to the school before the trip. Transportation for these trips is provided by the school.

 

WEATHER INFORMATION
Announcements of school closings due to inclement weather or other emergencies will be made over KSN-TV, WIBW-TV and radio, and JOY 88. If Topeka Lutheran School is closed, the Preschool and Daycare will be closed also.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
Please notify your child's teacher and/or school office of any changes in address, phone number, or place of employment. It is important that we know how and where to reach you or another responsible adult while your child is in school. We do not anticipate such emergencies, but if necessary, we must be able to act quickly.
