Exercises are done with sand-filled bags and racquetballs, sometimes while standing on a balance board. K.I.D.S. savings program

When all the spaces are filled, the book is worth $25 and is sent to the child’s savings account. These invested dollars earn interest and also help build churches and schools. In addition, free activity booklets teach kids about discipleship and good stewardship. K.I.D.S. stands for "Kids Into Discipleship And Stewardship."
