Kansas Best 150
This year (2011) marks the 150th anniversary of Kansas' statehood, and The Topeka Capital-Journal, 580 WIBW, and The Big 94.5 Country are celebrating by saluting the things that make this America's best place to live.
In the September category of Education, Topeka Lutheran School won best elementary school and 5th best middle school. Jennifer Turner, TLS principal, was voted 4th best administrator!
