Our current curriculum is as follows:

  • English Language Arts: ReadyGen published by Pearson.

  • Mathematics: Go Math published by Houghton Mifflin

  • Science: Science Dimensions by Houghton Mifflin

  • Social Studies: textbook published by Houghton Mifflin

In addition to core subjects an education at TLS includes:

Topeka Lutheran School students take general music in grades K through 4, including learning to play the recorder in grade 3. Musicals and music programs are presented throughout the school year. In addition, the students carol annually to area nursing homes and sing at various local events (e.g., retiree groups, church services, etc.). Students in 4th grade also have the opportunity to join band.
